This was fun! I don’t have a Sam’s Club nearby so made the trip coincide with and IKEA trip. Thanks to my awesome mom for holding my flip. Check out how easy it was for me to make this month’s page and only $1.46!

After I made the video, I found my thumb drive with the recent kids pics so switched it up a bit. I can’t wait to show my years worth of scrapbook pages when I’m finished!

Dopp kit or ditty bag and chance to win free photo gift!

I know it seems goofy but watch the video and comment here and maybe I’ll hook you up with a free photo gift from Costco

This is how!

Oh, and don’t forget to check out Intova’s site/blog/etc. Really fun, cool stuff :)

This is an Intova digital camera/youtube ready video camera that will sell for $39.95! Inexpensive enough to buy for the kids…almost like a vacation camera. I love this!

Seriously fun poster idea!

With lots of help from my talented, creative mom, I’ve been repainting/redecorating my house. We’ve been having so much fun using what I already have in different places. I had a great idea I got from a random wood window we got a Bad Girls Antiques. I can’t wait to finish the bathroom now! I made this poster at Sam’s Club. Check it out…

So I’m in Anaheim at the Photo Marketing Association Trade Show checking out the amazing new products and services. Needless to say, I found a more than a couple of great future birthday gifts for me. At the top of my wish list, Liquid Image’s Summit Series ski/snowboarding goggles. They also have underwater digital camera masks, freestyle series swim goggles and are releasing extreme sport goggles for mountain biking, dirt biking, etc. CHECK THEM OUT!

Seriously…these are so fun. I can’t wait to try them out!

How cool is this? I’m thinking baby gifts with photos of the baby, wedding gifts with photos of the bride and groom, kids b’day gifts with their picture on the paper…awesome! Here’s what I did to personalize gift wrap from Walmart Photo Centre

This is such a cool gift idea from Walmart Photo Centre…a personalized key hanger with your photo as a background. I could have chosen a photo of my kids, puppy, whatever. Because we are remodeling our entry, I thought it would be cool to use one of my nature shots as a background. Check it out!

February scrapbook page ~ My birthday month

I love this scrapbook design. I added my aquarian nephew Scott because sometimes it surprises me how alike we are. February is our birthday month so along with my 2 kids and mom, Scott and I went to see the Percy Jackson and the Olympians movie. Totally fun. Above are some of the pics from our outing today. I made the page at the CVS photo site. I can’t wait until they add more designs!

Publishing with My Publisher

Here goes my journey with My Publisher from Costco. I thought I’d try it out and see how it compares with some of the other photobook making software I’ve used. Unfortunately, the jury is still out given that I ran into all sorts of slowness and freezing on the loaner Dell Mini I’m using while my laptop is being fixed, but you get the general picture (hee, hee). Great features though not as intuitive as I had hoped, but I’m the WORST at reading directions and am totally impatient with slow connections or slow moving computers. I’ll definitely be trying again once I get MY computer back. I did the videos in 2 parts mainly because the mini froze and although I could have entertained you during the long 5 minutes it took me to get back on track, that’s not what you came for (or is it). Anyway, here’s part 1…

and here is part 2…
