Sweet photo gifts for Father’s Day or Dad’s Birthday

IMG_0005.JPG
It’s a show and tell day with some cool photo gifts I made with photos of the kids for their Dad for Father’s Day and his birthday. I made a dopp kit at the Costco Photo Center using of a fantastic photo I took of the kids. Then I made a photo tie at Sam’s Club Photo Center with a fun, crazy dress up photo I took of the kids when they were goofing off. Check out the video (note my kids being silly in the background)…

Oh, and the foam photo puzzle I referred to is from Walmart Photo Centre…came out so cool!

My fun, silly poster collage from my facebook profile pics

My facebook profile pics

I don’t know what came over me, but I thought it would be fun to make a photo collage of all of the random profile pics I’ve used on facebook. Sam’s Club made it super easy for me by having a button you press to pull your facebook photos in. All of the albums you’ve created in facebook magically appear in your Sam’s Club account. I just hit select all on my profile photo album and….oh, wait…I’m going to show it!

Loving this options. I think ALL sites that offer you options to make photo gifts should have the option for you to upload your photos from Facebook. If you look at the #’s of photos uploaded to Facebook every day, you’ll see how smart Sam’s Club is for providing customers with the option to easily pull your photos in to make cool stuff! In the video you’ll see how simple they’ve made it for us photo/facebook obsessed peeps…

Kids dressed up for a photo necktie for Father’s Day

I’ve been trying to get ahead this year in my gift creating. One way I can feel less like I’m constantly “flying by the seat of my pants.” So when I asked the kids for some ideas for what to give their Dad for father’s day, I was excited that they came up with a necktie. I was even more excited when I went to the Sam’s Club photo site and saw that for under $20, we could get him a necktie with the kids photo on it. I had some great pictures from one of their many dress-up sessions and knew he would LOVE it so here it is…

And here’s the awesome photo that he will be proudly wearing all over his new addition to his “dress up” clothes…

This was fun! I don’t have a Sam’s Club nearby so made the trip coincide with and IKEA trip. Thanks to my awesome mom for holding my flip. Check out how easy it was for me to make this month’s page and only $1.46!

After I made the video, I found my thumb drive with the recent kids pics so switched it up a bit. I can’t wait to show my years worth of scrapbook pages when I’m finished!

With lots of help from my talented, creative mom, I’ve been repainting/redecorating my house. We’ve been having so much fun using what I already have in different places. I had a great idea I got from a random wood window we got a Bad Girls Antiques. I can’t wait to finish the bathroom now! I made this poster at Sam’s Club. Check it out…

I know I said I was planning to make my memory book of my pets on the Costco Photo Center site, but after I uploaded my photos there, I remembered that I would have to download My Publisher in order to make a photobook from Costco. As I am on a loaner computer while mine is getting fixed, I thought I would make my Reilly book at the Sams Club photo site and post again with my experiences making a Buoy book from Costco and My Publisher. So here’s how I made my memory book of Reilly at Sam’s Club

I had a really tough time keeping the Holiday Scrapbook page to one so here are the series of 3 I chose from to add to my attempt at documenting snapshots for each month of the year :)

I love that I have the option on the Sam’s Club photo site to pick a series of layouts with the same theme.
