My puzzle arrived from Sam’s Club and I just had to show it to you. I have to admit, I was skeptical at first and was NOT expecting the quality of the puzzle to be this good! The pieces are strong and glossy and the tin is fantastic. Check it out here…

This is so fun! I am at Pop!tech in Camden, Maine at this incredible, inspiring conference and one of the activities they’ve set up here is button-making…
Embarrassingly, I’ve made a lot of photo buttons while here. There are magazines to cut pics and words out of or people are bringing their own photos and making pin-backed buttons out of them. How cool is that? I sooooo want a button-maker now, but like I need another craft activity, right? If YOU want a button maker…here’s a place you can purchase one online http://www.americanbuttonmachines.com/.
If you’re not ready to invest in your own buttonmaker, you can have personalized photo buttons made at Walmart Photo Centre online for $1.47 each! I HEART BUTTONS!
Here I am at Pop!tech and I made a video for you of the magical process of button making…enjoy! I hope you don’t become as addicted as I am, but if you think you might…let me know so we can start a support group. ![]()
How much do you love your puppy?

Enough to make a puzzle of him or her? If you know me, you know that I can’t stop talking about our new puppy that we are getting in a WEEK! The kids have calendars in their rooms and we’ve been counting down the days until our sweet little cockapoo Gus arrives. I went to the Sam’s Club photo site and checked out all of the cool options they have for photo gifts. So many to choose from! I thought it would be fun to make a puzzle and tin of a baby picture that we were sent the other day from Donna at Echo Valley Ranch of our new addition to the family. HOW STINKING CUTE IS HE! Check out my video and meet Milo, our puppy’s half brother…
Seriously…the photo puzzle with the tin is only $13.96. I may have to make 2 so they don’t fight over it!

I just got home from BlogWorld Expo in Las Vegas. Of course, it was amazing hanging out with and absorbing the brilliance and creativity flowing everywhere! So happy I was able to go this year and excited to share my quirky 30 seconds on CNN. I’m sandwich between some serious rockstars and feeling humble. You should watch the whole thing, but if you want to find me, I’m at the 4:04 mark…

Love this idea! I’m going to make an 8×8 scrapbook page for an event each month with CVSphoto.com. I started with my 2 year old nieces birthday party in September. Check out what I did for October…
Wonder what fun photos I’ll take in November!
Scrapbook designs from CVS

My youngest little cutie patootie niece just turned 2 and I took TONS of photos at the party with my awesome Canon PowerShot SX200 IS. (I’m completely smitten by this camera). I came across the digital scrapbook designs at the CVS site and got really excited to start an 8×8 scrapbook of fun occasions with the cousins.

Look how fun this is and it was SO easy to do. All I did was upload the photos from the party and drag the ones I liked into the spaces. The editing tool are super intuitive. I love this design and there are 2 other templates that have a similar theme. There are lots of other themes to choose from as well. I can’t wait to create more pages.
I do love scrapbooking but as a single busy mom of 2 active kiddos, I can’t possibly find the time it takes to create what CVS does for you already. So cool!

Jazz up your business cards with photo stickers

I LOVE this idea and as I was making stickers on the Costco Photo Center site to put on my business cards, I came up with tons of other ways to use them. For $2.24 per sheet of stickers…it’s cheaper than most sheets of holiday tags and these are MUCH more fun!
