So I gathered some of the fun products I made with my nature photos at the Walmart Photo Centre to show off. I made a small coffee table book, an inspirational at a glance calendar and a super fun foam puzzle. I included the links so you can check out how easy they were for me to make.

I know I said I was planning to make my memory book of my pets on the Costco Photo Center site, but after I uploaded my photos there, I remembered that I would have to download My Publisher in order to make a photobook from Costco. As I am on a loaner computer while mine is getting fixed, I thought I would make my Reilly book at the Sams Club photo site and post again with my experiences making a Buoy book from Costco and My Publisher. So here’s how I made my memory book of Reilly at Sam’s Club…

I decided that after a year of losing pets, it was time to forage through photos of our beloved Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Buoy and our feisty gray and black tiger striped cat, Reilly and make something from them for us to have around in memory.

How I created a coffee table book of my nature photos.

It’s no secret that I LOVE being outdoors, hiking and photography. I always have my canon camera handy and nature shots that are inspiring, calming or empowering are my favorites. I love trees, rocks and water and take tons of photos. Luckily, I have an Eye-Fi wireless SD card so my life is SO much easier when it comes to uploading photos to flickr and facebook. I’ve made a few of these so far and LOVE them. I just made one a couple of weeks ago of summer photos for a “What I Did This Summer” book for my kiddos and have some great plans for holiday gifts this year. I’m always looking for meaningful gifts that are flat and easy to mail!

What I Did This Summer…My CVS Photo Book!

So I finally started to forage through the gazillion photos I took on our Maine/Canada trip this summer and put some into a photo book. I’m thinking for grandparents and the kids to have of their summer memories. Watch the video and see how easy it is to make a photo book at the CVS online photo site!

Crazy Girls Weekend - Photobook Hostess Gift

Such an amazing weekend where I discovered that you can’t be sad when you are skipping or jumping into a pool. See? We spent the weekend lolling by the pool, floating around, occasionally attempting some Buddha dives, chatting with quality friends, eating amazing food, etc…what more could a girl ask for?

This time my friend Annelise held the flip while I made the photobook at the Sam’s Club site. So much fun! Can’t wait to present our friend Jill with the book as a thank you for the fabulous weekend in paradise

Oh, and just so you get to see a little more of the action…here is a video of our bellydancing evening. Such great exercise and you can’t help but smile while you are wiggling your hips to Shakira.
